Town & Trail Festival has been a Hot Springs tradition since 1987 — rooted in the town’s unique identity as the only place in North Carolina where the Appalachian Trail passes directly through downtown. This year’s festival carries extra meaning. Organized by Rebuild Hot Springs Area, the nonprofit formed after Tropical Storm Helene devastated the community in September 2024, every dollar of proceeds goes directly to recovery — supporting sustainable rebuilding, future preparedness, and new opportunities for the town and its people.
